主讲人简介：Dr. Xiaowei Zeng is an Assistant professor of Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). He received his B.Eng and M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1997 and 2002, respectively, and received his M.S. and Ph.D degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from The George Washington University in 2004 and 2008. Before joining in UTSA in 2011, he was a postdoc at University of California at Berkeley. Dr. Zeng’s research concentrates on computational mechanics and materials with applications to cell and bone mechanics, multiscale materials modeling and simulations.
